What is up with the shrieking?! Ew Herbology. Yawn much? It was her third class of the day. Alyria walked from the potions room in the dungeons all the way to the greenrooms for Herbology. It wasn't her favorite subject, but it was better than some of her classes. The real problem about Herbology was Professor Sprout. She was always speaking in her chest voice and peppy, ew. It annoyed Alyria so much, she would kill herself before even thinking of helping that professor with anything. Luckily, she had prized students and Alyria wasn't one of them.
She walked into a vacant greenroom for class today and was the first one their. Ugh! Alyria shook her head to herself in annoyance and sat down in the last stool farthest away from the teachers place of standing. Setting her bag down beside her, she took out a notebook and a pen to start writing. Aly leaned her head on her left hand with her elbow on the cold table, the sunlight coming through just hitting the paper. She sighed and looked up to see her surroundings. She saw a plant, a large purple plant, that she thought to be a poisonous Racktade plant, but as it moved, a soft black spot on its root was visible. This wasnt just poisonous, it was a carnivorous plant.
Alyria smirked and started to get up from her seat until she heard the door open. She jerked her head and found it to be...

Rose.
She had been talking with a few friends, when she realized that she had to go to Herbology, before she was late. But on her way, she spotted several of the other students in the class, not even bothering to go. Sure Rose was more of a social butterfly, and knew Sprout would be a while, but she figured she'd get to the greenhouse, see if anyone was there. If there wasn't she could check out the poisonous and other plants in there.
She opened up the door to the greenhouse, and noticed that there was only one person in there. Alyria. Rose couldn't stand the girl ever since they arrived at Hogwarts - scratch that, ever since Rose had heard about some of the Slytherin families.
Alyria looked as if she was just about to get out of her seat, or was getting up out of her seat. "Oh, what?" Rose began, "can't stay in your seat? Gotta get up. Oh, and by the way, I hope that plant bites you."
Rose had noticed the plant, the one Alyria had been looking at, and knew what she had been up to. And if Rose had her way, she'd probably use it against Alyria, especially since it was poisonous and carnivorous.

Could that day get any worse? Alyria groaned softly to herself as she watched Rose walk into the greenhouse. She was in Alyria's year of schooling, she just had to be in the same Herbology class as her too? Wasn't being in the Herbology class enough punishment for Aly? Apparently not. That's what made Alyria even more mad for the upcoming year, why was everyone she hated in classes with her instead of her closest friends? She stood from her seat as intended and glared toward Rose, while having her hands on the table, getting her stable.
"Why thank you for saying that you'd like for it to bite me, I would have said the same to you," Alyria shrugged and turned around slowly, keeping her eye on Rose until she turned the whole way around to face the plant. It wasn't moving ... maybe it was sleeping. In her hope, it would jump right out of the pot and right onto Rose's head, but ... that would be mean now wouldn't it? Ha ...
Alyria left her notebook and quill on the table and her bag under it so nothing happened to it. That may have been a bad idea since Rose came along, so she turned back around to see where Rose was and put her notebook and quill back into her bag and swung it over her shoulder.

Rose walked over to an empty seat on the other side of the table as Alyria and set her stuff down on the table.
"Oh, well that definitely makes me feel better about sharing this stupid class with you." Rose seriously did not like Alyria, and sometimes she hated the Slytherins too, others she could tolerate them.
Rose followed Alyria's gaze. It was focused on the plant. It wasn't moving. Possibly sleeping? Because the only other answer for it's stillness would be its readiness to attack. Luckily, Rose was out of it's way, but with it being a magical plant, it could possible.
Rose refocused her gaze on Alyria, who, after deciding it may not be a very good idea to leave her books out on the table, put them in her bag, and then put her bag over her shoulder. "You know, there's no point in leaving, you know everyone will show in a minute."

Terri wasn't sure where she was meant to be as this time in moment, She sighed and decided to go to her Herbology lesson even if that wasn't were she was meant to be at all. She strolled up the hill with perfect uniform, Her gryffindor jumper with her Grey skirt which had been rolled up of course, and her white socks white where nearly knee height. She soon spotted the greenhouses and sighed as she neared them.
This might even be her lesson, if no one was there she would look around a bit too see who was in there. She opened the green house door and to her surprise there was a Slytherin and a Gryffindor in there, The two girls look older than her so she must have the wrong lesson.
She went quiet but walked in too have a look at what plants they have in here which there where many kinds of, Hopefully she hadn't disturbed the two older girls.

That wasn't necessarily true. Her and her friends would skip some classes once in a while just for the fun of it. Herbology was one of them. The group of them would usually go to the forest or sit far off by the lake away from the school, or just hide in their dormitory rooms or common room. No one ever really dared to snitch on them to the teachers, afraid what they may do to them. Alyria laughed softly, shaking her head gently as she turned around, "Maybe they will, maybe they wont and Ill just leave." She shrugged and added, "But just so you know, I wasn't going to leave just yet."
Aly saw movement from the corner of her eye toward the entrance to the classroom. Ugh, another person? The worst was, it was another Gryffindor, and younger at that. She stood there looking a bit timid for what Alyria could see. Did she know where she was going? Alyria thought of a small, simple trick about people not knowing where they were going. You'd direct them into a broom closet and lock it behind them. Should she do it to this girl also? ... Nah, she may not be worth it just yet. Too bad Rose knew where to go, it would be fun to do that to her.
Alyria turned to the girl that stood at the entrance and asked, "Can I help you?" with a smug sense of attitude in her voice as she placed her left hand of her hip and shifted her weight to her left leg.

Maybe they will, maybe they wont? What was that about? Alyria knew that the others would show up in a minute, there was no doubt about it. And just as if n time, Rose heard the dor open.
However, it as not any of her classmates, but a Gryffindor it was. Rose could tell immediately by her robe. She also looked lost or something. Rose could care less about whether or not Alyria was going to leave just yet, Rose was jus stating, and no one said that she asn't one to skip classes as well - she just preferred o skip Snape's.
Alyria's comment to the younger Gryffindor really set Rose off. How dare she! Rose stood up, and confronted Alyria about it. "Excuse me?" Rose said, in just s much attitude as Alyria had given the Gryffindor. There was no way Alyria was getting off on that.
